Ebert Capital Management (ECM) Completes Another GIPS® Verification
As of January 15th, 2021, Ebert Capital Management, a Fee Only investment firm in Eureka, CA, received its second GIPS® performance verification of the firm’s proprietary, green investment strategies. ECM claims compliance with the Global Investment Performance Standards (GIPS®). This claim has been independently verified for the period from December 1, 2010 through September 30, 2020. The firm’s verification was conducted by Alpha Performance Verification Services.

Claiming compliance with the GIPS® standards demonstrates a firm-wide commitment to ethical best practices and strong internal control processes. GIPS® Verification is the review of an investment management firm’s performance measurement processes and procedures by an independent third-party verifier. Verification assesses whether the firm has complied with all composite construction requirements of the GIPS® standards on a firm-wide basis and if the firm’s policies and procedures are designed to calculate and present performance in compliance with the GIPS® standards. Verification does not ensure the accuracy of any specific composite presentation.
